Maintain staff details including contact details, qualifications / designations, preferred working patterns and shifts, minimum and maximum number of hours available for work, record leaves and hours worked.

Staffing requirements and Roster (Rota) planning

Andica Care Homes Software enables care home managers to define staffing requirements and staff working patterns and uses these to automatically create a staff rota for future periods. This automatically generated roster can than be used for planning staffing levels and amended to suit the availability of staff.

This software has been checked and meets the requirements of the published HM Revenue & Customs Payroll Standard and the relevant sections of HM Revenue & Customs Quality Standard. It incorporates online filing capability by internet. Extra Pay Frequencies are not supported. Directors' National Insurance is supported. Contracted-out and Net Pension Deductions are supported.
