Microsoft .NET Framework Installation - System.EnterpriseServices.wrapper.dll

I have installed the software and was successfully using it. Now when I am trying to open it, I am getting a message "Could not load file or assembly " System.EnterpriseServices.wrapper.dll" or one of it's dependencies. The system file can not find the file specified."

Cause:

The reason for the error message "Could not load file or assembly "System.EnterpriseServices.wrapper.dll" or one of it's dependencies. The system file can not find the file specified." is either a missing or corrupted Microsoft system file on your computer. The Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 on your computer needs to be repaired.

Solution:

Search your computer for a Microsoft file called "System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll". This file should be within "C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_System.EnterpriseServices_b03f5f7f11d 50a3a_2.0.0.0_x-ww_7d5f3790\" folder.

To simplify, you can search for System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll in C:\WINDOWS\

You may have at least 2 "System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll" files:

One file in "C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_System.EnterpriseServices _b03 f5f7f11d50a3a_2.0.0.0_x-ww_7d5f3790\" folder

another in "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727"

Restart the computer and see it the software opens. If not then solution 2 is necessary.
