Error reading set up initialisation file
Symptoms:
When attempting to run the installation using the downloaded installation EXE, Windows Installer reports an error “Error reading set up initialisation file”
Causes and Solution:
This error is usually caused if the download was incomplete due to your internet access disconnecting part way through a download or if the download was interrupted or blocked.
You will need to download the file again. Please choose Save, rather than Run, in the download dialog. Once the file is downloaded, just double-click on it to start the Installation.
Allow your browser and Windows security to download and install the software.
