Andica software is provided for use under the terms and conditions of Software Licence Agreement. These terms may vary for each of the software, please read the Software Licence Agreement carefully.

By accessing and using our website and using our products and services you are accepting our policies, practices, Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Software Licensing Agreements as specified in the relevant sections.

For Windows desktop applications, the agreement is also displayed during the software installation process where you will be required to accept the terms prior to continuing with the installation. The agreement is also provided in the software User Guide, software Help file and License.rtf file installed on the computer.

For Cloud applications, links to Legal Terms and Software Licence Agreement are provided on the Customer Information Checkout page where you will be required to accept the terms prior to continuing subscription process. Links are also provided on Legal section of the website and other locations within the cloud applications.

Software Licence Agreement details the terms and conditions, obligations, responsibilities, liabilities and remedies between the software licence holder/user and Andica.
