Andica Accounts Production Software enables you to prepare and produce final accounts for your clients or businesses of various types. It also has a feature to submit accounts to the Companies House and produce Computations where required.
This software includes standard templates for accounts and computations.
Final accounts, their accompanying reports and computations can be saved in HTML format which includes iXBRL tagging for submission to Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Accounts are prepared from the data entered in a trial balance form and any adjustments made to these trial balance values. This software does not support any book-keeping.
The Current version of Accounts Production Software supports multiple returns for accounting periods till the time the user has a valid licence. Accounting Periods must be created in chronological order.
The software is supplied on an annual licence basis. Annual licence is granted for use of software for a year effective from the date of purchase. Software licence expires at the end of the term and the software with all its functions will be deactivated unless the licence has been renewed.
This software facilitates the addition of multiple businesses (provided you subscribe to the plan supporting this feature). This software caters to the needs of Sole Traders, Limited Liability Partnerships, Companies, Accountants and Tax Advisors. The software is available in multiple business bands (of 1, 5, 25, 100 and Unlimited businesses).
This software supports multiple users within an organization to access & use the software (subject to the subscription plan). Andica Accounts Production Software has been tested successfully with Companies House to submit accounts online.
