Andica Payroll Software allows setup of unlimited types of user-definable payments, deductions, loans & advances and the tax treatment for each item. Once set and linked to employee records, it enables easy and speedy payroll calculations.

Payroll Processing

Andica Payroll Software gives you flexible payroll processing with the option to run Weekly, Fortnightly, Four Weekly or Monthly payroll or a combination of any of these payment frequencies. Simply select the employees to be processed and enter the details or accept the standard payments and deduction preset for each employee, Andica payroll software will automatically work out PAYE and National Insurance tax calculations and other payments and deductions.

Calculations of statutory sick pay (SSP), statutory maternity pay (SMP), statutory paternity pay (SPP), statutory adoption pay (SAP), additional statutory paternity pay (ASPP), Shared parental pay (ShPP), Statutory parental Bereavement pay (SPBP) deduction of attachment of earnings order, student loan, Post graduate loan deductions are all automated.

All payroll processing functions are accessed from a clearly defined toolbar or menu structure. If you make a mistake during the payroll process, then simply go back to the payroll process and enter correct details for a particular employee and the payroll values will be recalculated with a few clicks.

Easy to Use

Andica Payroll Software is designed with business owner managers, payroll departments and other non-IT users in mind and comes with an easy to navigate and intuitive windows interface. All of the employee's details are stored on a central screen with a series of tabs making it very easy to find information. Andica Payroll Software activities can be accessed using icons on vertical and horizontal toolbars and drop down menus allowing processes to be completed quickly and easily.


Andica Payroll Software supports 1 to unlimited employees. The software can be purchased for a suitable number of employee bands. As your business grows you can upgrade the number of employees without the need to reinstall the software or re-keying existing employee's data.


Andica Payroll Software comes with a range of reports already built in and grouped by activities. Payroll reports include payslips, employees payroll analysis, statutory payments, Statutory parental Bereavement pay (SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ASPP, ShPP, SPBP), period-end payroll summaries, year end summaries. Andica Payroll Software prints all of the standard Inland Revenue reports as well including P32, P45, P35 (cs), P14 and P60.

Email feature as BETA version

Andica Payroll Software provides a feature to send an Email (Payslip, P45 and P60) to Employee Email Id's and provide the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) information.

Quick Payroll Calculations

Andica Payroll Software provides a feature to quickly calculate an employees tax and net pay.

Pension Calculations

Andica Payroll Software provides a feature to create unlimited pension schemes linked to most standard pension categories. Details of schemes including employers and employees contributions as a percentage or fixed value can be set and the schemes linked to the employees allowing regular automatic calculations and deductions.

Automatic Enrolment Workplace Pension

Pension calculations feature has been enhanced to provide core payroll software related functions for 'Automatic enrolment'. Enhancements include recording key dates such as 'Staging Date' provided by The Pensions Regulator, employee's opt-out, opt-in dates, reports for employees' eligibility status. Prevailing features including creating pension schemes, pension contributions reports, calculations of pension contributions, etc. have been retained.

Online submission of Real Time Information RTI

Andica Payroll Software provides a File By Internet feature to enable you to securely submit Real Time Information RTI electronically to HMRC (Inland Revenue) via the Government Gateway. RTI submissions included within the software are Full Payment Submission (FPS), Employer Payment Summary (EPS) and National Insurance Number NINO Verification Request (NVR). File by Internet feature can also be used to retrieve various HMRC Notifications. You will need a prior registration with HM Revenue & Customs who will provide you with a Gateway User ID and Gateway Password.

Multiple Company/Employers

Andica Payroll provides an optional Multi Company/Employer feature that can be enabled by purchasing additional licences for each company/employer you set up.Global Changes.

Global Changes

Changes feature can be used to universally amend payroll details such as tax codes, NI categories, Payment and Deduction setting flags, employee records and much more.

Reverse Process

Provided RTI submissions have not been processed for the period, Reverse Process feature can be used to open a 'closed period' for an employee or a range of employees and clear payroll values for those employees allowing users to reprocess payroll in the event of an error.

Import and Export

Provides ability to import employee records and employee's payment units and rates and export employee details to and from Comma separated value (CSV) files.

Net to Gross

Provides ability to enter net earning and work back the gross pay by adding back taxes.
